Clients lie fully clothed on a massage table, so it is best to wear comfortable clothing and clean socks (natural fibers are best). The client is then muscle tested to help find the imbalances in the body. High strength magnets of opposing polarities will be placed on specific areas of the body. The magnets need to stay in place on the body for at least 16 minutes.

Sessions are a painless and relaxing experience lasting approximately 60 minutes.

Typically, 2–5 sessions are sufficient, but more sessions may be required if a client is suffering from a chronic or complex health issue. A therapy plan will be discussed during the initial consultation. Many people notice a difference after their first or second session.
